Focused on the goal but aimless...
I am this || close to complete social breakdown.
I also have made achievements that seem empty as ends in themselves. They used to be means to an end, and now they're all I have left.

Perhaps if you lower your standards and goals in life, those things that used to be strictly means will now become the ends in themselves. :) Just kidding man, you'll be fine. Buck up kid!
