John Piper is bad, and other YouTube oddities

This post marks the 200th blog entry since I started this thing up at 4:45pm on January 13, 2005. That means I've averaged one post every 3 days, 6 hours, 43 minutes, and 12 seconds. Not bad for a college student's schedule, but taking an average post length of 175 words and dividing by the Stables Speech Comprehensibility Modifier of 4*pi^3, I've only written 282.2 words that were actually useful or coherent. This preliminary analysis is confirmed by searching this site for "substance," which returns no hits.

Now, what was the point of this post? To avoid homework, you say? No, the other point. Oh, yes, some YouTube videos. Here they are, in no particular order:

• John Piper is Bad
• Preface: Now this one is just odd. And it's not odd in the unquestionably hilarious manner of Napoleon Dynamite. It's odd in the "Is this really funny or not?" way, but it was interesting anyway. If you've ever wanted to see John Calvin pull some Kung Fu or shout "You are no match for Calvinistic fury!" at a mutated plum, or if you're just bored enough, then you should see Reformed Theological Fruit: John Calvin vs. Doctor Plum. Nothing is a match for John Calvin!
• Finally, the Daily Show gives us a series of very odd statements about the use of the Bible as a weapon, we hear yet another stupid remark from Benny Hinn, and then we see/hear TV pastor Arnold Murray pull a 9mm out of his briefcase when an intruder enters his studio, in Pistol Packing Preachers.
